Purpose: Lead people, not money.
Responsibilities:
Lead teams of Freedom Earners
Train and mentor lower levels
Ensure quality and deadlines
Represent Retr0 Life publicly

Team leadership only

Monthly contract + perks
Mobile Freedom Earner (Travel Role)
Purpose: On-ground execution anywhere needed.
Responsibilities:
Travel domestically or internationally
Handle logistics and setup
Execute confidential tasks
Act as field support

Travel paid + per diem + task pay

Purpose: Spread the Retr0 Life philosophy.
Responsibilities:
Share teachings and frameworks
