The App allows users to upload photos in order to use AI-powered features such as:

AI animation or photo-to-video generation
Slideshow creation from photos
Uploaded photos may include personal content such as images of people or human faces depending on what the user chooses to upload.
The App does not require account registration or login.
Some photos uploaded by users may contain human faces.
Face data is processed only to generate the visual results requested by the user, such as photo restoration, enhancement, animation, or video generation.
The App does not:
Perform facial recognition
Extract biometric identifiers
Create facial templates
Identify or verify individuals
Track or profile individuals
Face data is never used for identification, advertising, profiling, or behavioral analysis.
We do not store or retain face data after processing is completed.
We may collect limited technical and usage information including:
Device type
Operating system version
App version
Anonymous usage statistics
Performance diagnostics
Crash reports
This information helps us maintain, secure, and improve the App and does not directly identify users.
Photos uploaded by users (including photos that may contain faces) are used only to:
Perform the image processing requested by the user
Generate restored, enhanced, or animated results
Display generated results inside the App
Processing occurs only after the user explicitly uploads a photo and chooses a feature.
Photos and face data are not used for:

Advertising or marketing

To provide AI-powered features, the App may transmit uploaded photos and related inputs to trusted third-party AI service providers.
These providers may include:
Replicate – AI image generation and processing
D-ID – AI animation and talking photo generation
Modelslab – AI image and media generation services
ephone.ai – AI media processing services
These providers process images only to generate the requested results and return the generated output to the App.
Photos may be temporarily processed or stored by these providers during processing in order to generate the requested output.
These providers are required to:
Process images only for the requested generation task
Not use the images to train their own AI models
Not identify or profile individuals
Not reuse the images for unrelated purposes
We do not allow these providers to use uploaded photos for advertising or user tracking.
Each third-party provider operates under its own privacy and security policies.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data.
Uploaded photos are transmitted securely
Access to data is limited to what is necessary to generate results
Images are not publicly accessible
We do not maintain long-term storage of user photos on our own servers
User photos and generated content are retained only for the time necessary to complete the requested processing.
In most cases:
Images are processed and returned quickly
AI service providers may temporarily store images during processing
Images are typically deleted automatically after processing according to the providers’ retention policies
We do not intentionally retain user photos longer than necessary to operate the App’s features.
Face data is not stored or retained after processing is completed.
Users remain in control of their data.
Users may:
Choose whether to upload photos
Delete generated results within the App
Stop using the App at any time
Uninstall the App to remove locally stored data
ReTimer™ is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe that a child has provided personal data through the App, please contact us and we will remove the information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When updates occur, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.
Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
