These Terms and Conditions apply to the Rethrive app (hereinafter referred to as the "Application", "App", "The App", or the "Service") for mobile devices, created as a Freemium service.
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Application.
The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the Application or any part of it.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
Create derivative works based on the Application.
Use the Application in any unlawful or unauthorized manner.
All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
Rethrive allows users to create an account using Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the security of your account.
Keeping your device secure.
Ensuring that your account credentials are not shared with others.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Rethrive offers both free and premium features.
Purchasing a Rethrive PRO subscription unlocks additional features and content.
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
Subscription payments, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are managed by the respective app store according to their policies.
If you choose to sign in, your progress and account information may be securely stored in the cloud to enable synchronization across devices and data recovery.
The Service Provider is not responsible for data loss resulting from account deletion, accidental deletion by the user, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
You agree not to:
Use the Application for any illegal purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application or its systems.
Interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
Abuse, exploit, or misuse any features of the Application.
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.
The Application uses third-party services that operate under their own Terms and Conditions.
These services may include:
Firebase Authentication
Cloud Firestore
Firebase Analytics
Firebase Crashlytics
Google AdMob
Google Sign-In
Sign in with Apple
Apple In-App Purchases
Google Play Billing
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.
Certain features of the Application require an active internet connection.
The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application cannot function properly due to:
Lack of internet access.
Mobile data limitations.
Network interruptions.
Roaming charges incurred by your mobile carrier.
Any charges related to internet or mobile data usage are your responsibility.
The Application is designed to operate on supported versions of iOS and Android.
The Service Provider does not guarantee compatibility with every device or operating system version and may discontinue support for older versions at any time.
The Service Provider may release updates, bug fixes, or new features from time to time.
Continued use of the Application may require installing the latest available version.
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
While reasonable efforts are made to provide a reliable service, the Service Provider does not guarantee that:
The Application will always be available.
The Application will be error-free or uninterrupted.
All information or statistics generated by the Application will always be accurate.
The Application is intended to support personal habit building and self-improvement. It does not provide medical, psychological, fitness, or professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application.
Your use of the Application is at your own risk.
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time if these Terms are violated or if the Service is discontinued.
Upon termination:
Your right to use the Application immediately ends.
You must stop using the Application.
You may delete the Application from your device.
The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
Updated versions will be published within the Application or on the associated website. Continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Effective Date: 1 June 2026
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Service Provider operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
