END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading, installing, or using AI Resume Builder CV Maker Pro ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Application.
2. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. This license is solely for your personal, non-commercial use on a device owned or controlled by you.
3. RESTRICTIONS ON USE You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application.
Copy or use the Application for any purpose other than as permitted under the above section.
Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Application.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of the Application or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or the licensors of the Application.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The Application, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, is, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of the developer. You are granted no rights in or to the intellectual property of the Application, except for the limited license granted above.
5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND IN-APP PURCHASES The Application may offer premium features, content, and services via subscriptions or in-app purchases. If you choose to make a purchase:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID/Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You may manage or turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
6. USER-GENERATED CONTENT AND AI GENERATION The Application utilizes Artificial Intelligence to generate resumes, CVs, cover letters, and other career documents based on user input.
No Professional Guarantee: The content generated by the AI is for informational and reference purposes only. It does not constitute professional career advice or guarantee employment.
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the accuracy of any generated documents before sending or publishing them.
Prohibited Content: You agree not to input any sensitive personal data (e.g., social security numbers) or use the AI to generate unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content.
7. PRIVACY Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and share your information.
8. TERMINATION This EULA shall remain in effect until terminated by you or the developer. We may, in our sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this EULA with or without prior notice. This EULA will terminate immediately, without prior notice from us, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this EULA. Upon termination of this EULA, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your device.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the developer or its affiliates be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Application, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The Application is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the Application, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
11. AMENDMENTS TO THIS AGREEMENT We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this EULA at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
