This privacy policy applies to the Resume Builder: CV Maker application (the ‘Application’) for mobile devices, developed by ASK Pixel Tech (the ‘Service Provider’), and provided as a free service.
Information Collection and Use
The Application uses third-party service providers ( Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics ) may collect certain information when you download or use the Application, including :
Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address
The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
Total duration of app usage
Mobile device operating system and device information
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.
For resume-building purposes, the Application may allow you to enter information such as your name, email address, profile photo, phone number, work experience, education, skills, and other resume-related details. This information is stored locally on your device and is not collected, transmitted to, or stored by the Service Provider.
The Application may request access to your photos or files to allow you to select a profile photo, import PDF files, and to export generated resumes. Your photos and files remain on your device and are not collected or stored by the Service Provider.
Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application and its services.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
Data Retention Policy
The Application does not store your personal information on the Service Provider's servers. All resume-related information you enter is stored locally on your device. You may delete this information at any time by clearing the Application's data, or uninstalling the Application. Third-party service providers, such as Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, may retain diagnostic and analytics information in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Children’s Privacy
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider at saeedappdeveloper@gmail.com so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.

The Service Provider implements industry-standard security measures including data encryption in transit and access controls to protect your information.
