Our app uploads the photos you select to our third-party AI partners (

Replicate Inc. and Google Gemini) solely for the purpose of restoration and enhancement.

• Processing: Your photos are processed in memory to generate the restored version.

• Retention: Your original and restored photos are deleted immediately from our servers and our partners' servers after processing is complete. They are not used to train AI models.

• Storage: We do not store your photos permanently.

2.2. Usage Data

We may collect anonymous usage data (e.g., app crashes, feature usage) to improve app performance and user experience. This data is not linked to your personal identity.

3. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services that may collect data to function:

• RevenueCat: Used to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. They may collect purchase history and anonymous identifiers to validate your receipts. (RevenueCat Privacy Policy)

• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): May use device identifiers to show relevant ads. (Google Privacy Policy)

Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Agreement

2. Use of App

Old Photos Restoration AI is provided for personal use. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features (e.g., unlimited restorations, higher quality) are available via a paid subscription (Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly).

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

• Account Charges: Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.

• Management: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

• Cancellations: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the results of the photo restoration will always meet your expectations, as AI processing can vary based on the quality of the original image.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damage to your device or data loss resulting from the use of this app.
