Restify may offer certain features through paid subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees and any taxes. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
For subscriptions made through the Apple App Store:
Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription renewals will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the renewal price.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings.
Restify will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app. You acknowledge that your use of the app is at your sole risk.
All content available on Restify (including but not limited to audio, text, graphics, images, and logos) is owned by Restify and is protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any content from Restify without prior written consent from us.
These Terms will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Restify operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
