At Beer Park Las Vegas, we love Bobby Flay and Gordon Ramsay. But, we don’t think either of them has a restaurant at the Bellagio Hotel & Casino. In fact, the only celebrity chef with a restaurant at the Bellagio is Chef Michael Mina. Chef Mina is a culinary wizard whose cuisine is featured at the hotel’s top-tier restaurants, Guy Savoy and Jean Georges Vongerichten. He has a reputation for turning out some of the finest dishes at the Bellagio. His latest project is his newest restaurant, Café Perrier, which opened in June 2017. Café Perrier is located at the Bellagio and it serves French-inspired cuisine. In fact, it has been recognized as one of the best restaurants in the United States. Chef Mina’s menu includes classics like the signature crab Louis, but it also features some of the best dishes the chef has created including his own take on the classic, the Lobster Benedict. It is a recipe he created that is served on the traditional English muffin. The result is a tasty combination of lobster, bacon, poached egg, hollandaise sauce and crispy pancetta.
