AI Restaurant Designer Studio ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is collected, how it is used, who it is shared with, and how it is protected when you use our mobile application (the "App").
1. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT
The App collects only the data needed to provide its design features:
- Text Prompts and Design Briefs: The restaurant, bistro, cafe, dining bar, furniture, fixture, layout, style, material, color, and measurement details you manually enter or select in the App.
- AI Assistant Messages: The text messages you send to the AI Assistant for restaurant planning or design guidance.
- Selected or Captured Venue Photo: Only if you use Empty Shop Design, the single restaurant, cafe, shop, or venue photo that you explicitly select from your library or capture with the camera.
- App Usage and Diagnostic Data: Non-identifiable technical data such as feature usage, generation counts, button interactions, crash reports, and performance data used to improve stability and reliability.
- Purchase Status: Subscription or credit entitlement status needed to unlock premium features and prevent duplicate credit grants.
We do not require account registration. We do not collect your name, phone number, physical address, or email address unless you contact us directly for support.
We do not browse, scan, index, upload, modify, or delete unrelated photos from your device. We do not perform facial recognition.
2. HOW WE COLLECT DATA
- Direct Input: We collect text prompts, chat messages, design brief choices, style selections, material selections, color selections, and other design options only when you manually enter or select them in the App.
- Camera and Photo Picker: We access a venue photo only when you explicitly tap the Camera button or choose a photo from the library in Empty Shop Design.
- Save Action: If you choose to save a generated image, the App requests permission to add that image to your Photos library.
- Purchase Systems: Subscription and credit status are processed through Apple App Store / StoreKit and RevenueCat to confirm premium access.
3. HOW WE USE DATA
We use collected data only for the following purposes:
- To generate the restaurant, bistro, cafe, dining bar, furniture, fixture, or Empty Shop Design result you request.
- To enhance your prompt into a clearer architectural design brief.
- To provide AI Assistant responses about restaurant planning and design.
- To save generated images or gallery items locally on your device.
- To verify premium access, subscriptions, and credits.
- To diagnose technical issues, improve performance, and maintain app reliability.
We do not use your prompts, chat messages, selected photos, or generated designs for advertising, tracking, profiling, or sale to data brokers.
4. THIRD-PARTY AI SERVICES
Before any AI request is sent, the App displays an AI Data Notice and asks for your explicit permission. If you decline, AI generation and AI Assistant requests are not sent.
If you agree, the following data may be sent to these third-party AI service providers only as needed for the feature you use:
- OpenAI, LLC: Text prompts, design brief details, selected style/material/color options, and AI Assistant messages are sent to OpenAI for prompt enhancement, architectural brief structuring, and AI Assistant responses.
- Replicate, Inc.: Final image prompts are sent to Replicate for image generation. For Empty Shop Design, the single venue photo you selected or captured is also sent to Replicate as a visual reference for that generation.
- Black Forest Labs Models through Replicate: Used by Replicate for high-quality restaurant interior image generation.
- Limited SDXL / ByteDance Fallback Models through Replicate: Used only for some furniture, fixture, or counter generation requests when appropriate.
- RevenueCat, Inc.: Used to manage subscription status, premium access, product identifiers, purchase validation, and credit entitlement logic. RevenueCat does not receive your restaurant design prompts, AI assistant messages, or selected photos from us.
No personal identifiers such as your name, email, phone number, address, or unrelated photos are attached to these AI requests.
5. EQUAL PROTECTION BY THIRD PARTIES
We require third-party providers that process App data to provide the same or equal protection of user data as described in this Privacy Policy and required by Apple's App Store Review Guidelines.
Data transmitted to OpenAI and Replicate is processed securely and is not used to train their public foundational AI models through our API usage.
6. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
- Generated Images: Generated images are returned to your device. We do not permanently store generated images on our own servers.
- Text Prompts and AI Assistant Messages: These are processed to complete the requested AI action and are not stored in our own permanent active database after the generation or assistant response is complete.
- Selected Empty Shop Photos: Selected or captured venue photos are used only for the requested generation and are not permanently stored by us.
- Local Gallery: Saved gallery items are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app removes local app data from your device.
7. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
- You can decline the AI Data Notice. If you decline, your prompts, chat messages, and selected photos will not be sent to third-party AI services.
- You can reset AI data consent inside the App from Settings. After reset, the App will ask for permission again before the next AI request.
- You can revoke Camera or Photos permissions at any time in your device settings.
- You can delete saved generated designs from your in-app gallery.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings.
- You may request privacy support or deletion assistance by contacting us.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that such data was collected, we will take steps to delete it.
9. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date above and may provide an in-app notice for material changes.
