IMPORTANT: Rental Rate Includes: Taxes, Water, Sewer, Cable, Internet & Trash. Renters are required to pay their own power with Gulf Power, but will not be required to pay Tourism Tax if longer than 6 months.

Rules are strictly enforced, if you see a single rule that you can not abide by, then please don’t contact us as this would not be the park for you. The rules are strictly enforced to maintain safety, beauty, quietness and upkeep of the park. All lots are individually owned. Some lots are owner occupied, some are for vacation getaways and some are rental lots. It is not a campground but an RV RESORT PARK.


RESORT RV PARK RULES & REGULATIONS

Resort RV Park is not a campground and our lots are wholly owned and deeded to the owner on title. Each owner is a member of the Resort RV Park HOA. The following rules and regulations apply to owners, tenants and guests within the Resort RV Park. These rules will be enforced. Any exceptions must have prior Board approval.

Resort RV Park does not have a maintenance or cleaning crew and each owner, or their tenant is required to maintain their own lots. This includes cleaning of the common areas you use such as, but not limited to, the pool area, restrooms and your lot.

Resort RV Park Rules & Regulations must be signed and filed with the HOA Secretary PRIOR to the tenant’s arrival at the park. This step is important in assisting with managing the liability of the ownership.

  1. Vehicles & RV’s

    1. Only self-contained RV’s, 27ft to 45ft in length in good condition.

    2. Speed limit is 5 MPH at all times within the park.

    3. Owners & tenants are limited to one (1) RV plus one of the following options:

      1. 2 automobiles and 1 LSV (Low Speed Vehicle such as a golf cart or GEM car)

      2. 1 automobile, 1 motorcycle and 1 LSV

    1. Storage of automobiles, scooters, motorcycles, boats, utility trailers or tow dollies are NOT permitted on RV sites or common grounds. Golf carts are allowed to be stored on lots. Any potential temporary exceptions must have prior Board approval.

    2. Parking spaces on both the north end and the south end of the park are designated for guest parking only.

    3. No automotive or small engine repair permitted in Park. This would include, but not limited to, car, truck, boats or motorcycles.

  • Lots

    1. Sites are to be occupied by not more than 4 persons. Primary tenant must be over the age of 25. No long-term overnight guests are allowed.

    2. Owners, tenants & guests are responsible for maintaining their sites in an orderly and neat manner that is clean & free of clutter. Lots can only contain patio furniture, yard art, fountains, grills, etc. Folding tables and small tabletop appliances can be only set up when using them and must be stored in the RV or storage buildings after each use. Outside refrigerators, freezers, appliances, and the like is prohibited. All construction materials, tools, roof carriers, portable dump tanks, ramps, etc. must be stored in storage buildings. Storage of any items under or around your RV is prohibited and must be stored in storage buildings. Kayaks and paddleboards can be stored under the RV behind the wheel axels but not on the grass. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly in a trash receptacle.

    3. ALL RV lots have a “common area” at the end of each lot. RV’s cannot be parked past the lot line over the grass. This allows the landscape provider to access the grass to trim.

    4. No sleeping (day or night) is allowed in either of the storage buildings on any lot. This is Walton County, Florida Building Code Section 102.2.5 and is strictly enforced. No tents can be erected on any lot.

    5. Owners, tenants & guests are responsible for repair of any damage to owner & park property including but not limited to gate, structures and landscaping.

    6. Owner lots are privately owned. No one should enter, allow their children or pets to play, or park on anyone’s lot without the owner’s prior permission.

    7. Outdoor drying of laundry. Clothes or laundry are allowed to be hung only at the rear of a lot and only on a portable rack.

  • Animals

    1. A maximum of (2) pets per lot.

    2. No vicious, nuisance or exotic pets are allowed.

    3. Pets MUST be on a maximum 6’ leash at all times when in the park.

    4. Park RV lots & common grounds are not to be used by pets. Dogs must be taken outside the park gates to a “natural area”. Owners must pick up after their dogs at all times.

    5. No tethering, chaining or fencing of pets on a lot unless the owners remain outside at all times with them.

  • Pool & Pool Area

    1. The pool area safety is paramount. There is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Failure to follow pool rules will result in the loss of pool privileges.

    2. ALL minors must be accompanied by an adult when in the pool or the pool area at all times. No exceptions.

    3. Pool hours are 8:00 a.m. until 09:00 p.m.

    4. All rules and signs in the pool area must be observed.

    5. Persons must shower themselves off prior to entering the pool.

    6. All floats, pool toys, etc. must be showered off prior to placing in the pool.

    7. NO running, diving, horseplay or roughhousing is allowed.

    8. Per Florida Health Department regulations only 20 persons can be in the pool at any given time.

    9. Smoking is not permitted in the restrooms, pool, clubhouse or pool area.

    10. Music is allowed at the pool but must be kept to a low volume. No offensive or vulgar music is permitted due to respect of others and children.

    11. All pool items must be removed from the pool and pool area after usage and taken to your lot. This includes but is not limited to floats, noodles, towels, pool toys, trash, etc. No pool items may be stored behind the clubhouse or in the storage room at any time.

    12. Restrooms are for the convenience of use by owners, tenants & guests of Resort RV Park at any time, but may not be used for personal hygiene, shaving, hair coloring, etc. Owners, renters and guests are responsible for cleanup of the restrooms and the pool area after use of the facilities. This includes but is not limited to cleaning the toilet, sink, floor if necessary and emptying the trash from restrooms and the trash can out by the pool.

  • Waste

    1. Our waste service is deemed commercial which has differing rules for what can and cannot be placed in the dumpster. Any violations result in a $125.00 service charge or refusal to pick up the dumpster until the violation has been removed by the park. Additional service charges incurred will be billed to the violating lot owner. Below is an example of what can and cannot be placed in the dumpster.

      1. Allowed: Regular household garbage & flattened cardboard boxes

      2. Not Allowed: Appliances, Yard waste, lumber, building materials, furniture, tires, motor oils, paints, toxic or hazardous materials of any type.

  • General Rules

    1. Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

    2. Gate codes ARE NOT to be given out to delivery personnel, service personnel or guests at any time. You must meet them at the gate and provide them entrance.

    3. Use of clubhouse and pool area storeroom is restricted to owners.

    4. No business or commercial activity may be undertaken or conducted upon any lot or portion of the property subject to the declaration.

    5. No noxious or offensive activity shall be carried on upon the property, nor shall anything be done thereon which may be or become an annoyance or nuisance to the occupants of the property.

    6. Please refrain from the use of vulgar or profane language, signage or clothing.

    7. Illegal drugs of any kind are not allowed on premises. This rule is strictly enforced and grounds for immediate eviction. Owners & tenants will be held responsible for their guests.

  • Non-compliance with the Rules & Regulations of Resort RV Park will result in the following:

  • 1st offense: verbal warning

  • 2nd offense: $100.00 fine payable to Resort RV Park HOA

  • 3rd offense: Removal from the park of the RV and all tenant accessories

Miramar Beach is located in the Panhandle of Florida in the Destin Area with beautiful Emerald Green Waters of the Gulf Coast in the Panhandle in a Gated Community with Beautiful Palms, Community Swimming Pool and a short 2 Block walk , bike or Golf Cart Ride to Public Beach Access at Pompano Joe’s.

Destin Area Information :South of Hwy 98 to Scenic 98 is a Golf Cart Community.2 blocks away is the popular Pompano Joe’s Restaurant on the Beach and Public Beach Access. The Silver Sands Outlets are less than 3 miles away. The Grand Boulevard upscale shopping, restaurants, theater and Destin Commons Mall is less than 5 miles away. Destin RV Park – also known as the Palms of Miramar Resort RV Park is a very nice, clean and friendly park with Park Rules and Regulations to protect not only our beautiful park and park owners, but to also provide protection for our renters and guests. All renters will be required to sign the Rules and Regulations along with rental agreement when a reservation is made.
