Privacy Policy — RE:solid 3D Viewer

RE:solid 3D Viewer ("the app") is developed by RE:solid. This page explains what the app does and does not do with your data.

The app is free to download and use. Some advanced tools are available through Pro, an optional one-time in-app purchase. There is no subscription, no advertising, and no sale of data to anyone.

Your 3D models stay on your device

The app does not upload your models anywhere. Files you open are read from the location you choose through the system file picker, processed entirely on your device, and never transmitted to us or to any third party. Exported files are written only where you tell the app to write them.

We have no servers that receive your models, and no account system — you do not register, log in, or give us your name or email to use the app.

What is stored on your device

The app saves a small amount of data locally so it behaves the way you left it: your display settings, your Pro status, and how many free trial sessions remain. This data never leaves the device and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.

Purchases

The Pro unlock is processed by Google Play Billing. Your payment is handled entirely by Google — the app never sees or receives your card number, billing address, or any other payment details.

Google tells the app only whether the Pro item has been purchased. The app stores that answer locally. Receipts, refunds, and purchase history are managed by Google Play, under Google's Privacy Policy.

Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics)

To find and fix defects, the app sends crash and error reports to Firebase Crashlytics, a service provided by Google. A report may include:

• device model, operating system version and app version;

• the technical details of the failure (stack trace);

• a randomly generated installation identifier, which is not linked to your identity;

• the name of the file that was being opened at the moment of the failure.

The contents of your 3D models are never included in a crash report.

Usage statistics (Firebase Analytics)

The app uses Firebase Analytics to understand how features are used in aggregate — for example, how often a tool is opened, or on which Android versions the app runs. These statistics are not tied to your identity.

The advertising identifier is explicitly disabled in this app. It contains no advertising, no advertising networks, and no third-party trackers beyond the Google services named above.

Permissions

The app requests a single permission: internet access, used only for crash reports, usage statistics and purchase verification. It does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, or to your storage as a whole — it can read only the individual files you select yourself.

Children

The app is a technical tool for viewing 3D models and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your choices

• Uninstalling the app removes all data stored on your device.

• Clearing the app's data resets settings; the Pro purchase remains tied to your Google account and can be restored.

• To request deletion of crash or usage data associated with your installation, write to the address below and we will forward the request to Google.

Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect the little data the app handles. Note that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be reflected in the app's store listing.

Застосунок RE:solid 3D Viewer («застосунок») розробляє RE:solid. Ця сторінка пояснює, що застосунок робить і чого не робить із вашими даними.

Застосунок безкоштовний. Частина розширених інструментів доступна через Pro — необов'язкову одноразову покупку всередині застосунку. Немає ні підписки, ні реклами, ні продажу даних будь-кому.

Ваші 3D-моделі лишаються на пристрої

Застосунок нікуди не завантажує ваші моделі. Файли, які ви відкриваєте, читаються з обраного вами місця через системний вибір файлів, обробляються повністю на пристрої й ніколи не передаються ні нам, ні третім сторонам. Експортовані файли записуються лише туди, куди ви самі вкажете.

Ми не маємо серверів, які приймали б ваші моделі, і не маємо системи облікових записів — вам не треба реєструватися, входити чи повідомляти нам своє ім'я чи пошту.

Що зберігається на вашому пристрої

Застосунок зберігає локально невеликий обсяг даних, щоб працювати так, як ви його залишили: налаштування відображення, статус Pro і кількість пробних сесій, що лишилися. Ці дані ніколи не залишають пристрій і зникають, коли ви видаляєте застосунок або очищаєте його дані.

Покупки

Розблокування Pro обробляє Google Play Billing. Оплату повністю здійснює Google — застосунок ніколи не бачить і не отримує номер вашої картки, платіжну адресу чи будь-які інші платіжні дані.

Google повідомляє застосунку лише те, чи придбано Pro. Цю відповідь застосунок зберігає локально. Чеками, поверненнями коштів та історією покупок керує Google Play відповідно до політики конфіденційності Google.

Звіти про збої (Firebase Crashlytics)

Щоб знаходити й виправляти помилки, застосунок надсилає звіти про збої до Firebase Crashlytics — сервісу Google. Звіт може містити:

• модель пристрою, версію операційної системи та версію застосунку;

• технічні подробиці збою (стек викликів);

• випадково згенерований ідентифікатор встановлення, не пов'язаний з вашою особою;

• назву файлу, який відкривався в момент збою.

Вміст ваших 3D-моделей у звіти про збої не потрапляє ніколи.

Статистика використання (Firebase Analytics)

Застосунок використовує Firebase Analytics, щоб розуміти, як користуються функціями загалом — наприклад, як часто відкривають той чи інший інструмент або на яких версіях Android працює застосунок. Ця статистика не пов'язана з вашою особою.

Рекламний ідентифікатор у застосунку вимкнено явно. Реклами, рекламних мереж і сторонніх трекерів, окрім названих вище сервісів Google, немає.

Дозволи

Застосунок запитує один дозвіл — доступ до інтернету, і потрібен він лише для звітів про збої, статистики та перевірки покупки. Застосунок не запитує доступ до вашого місцеперебування, контактів, камери, мікрофона чи до сховища загалом — він може прочитати тільки ті окремі файли, які ви обрали самі.

Діти

Застосунок є технічним інструментом для перегляду 3D-моделей і не призначений для дітей до 13 років. Ми свідомо не збираємо дані дітей.

Ваш вибір

• Видалення застосунку прибирає всі дані, збережені на пристрої.

• Очищення даних застосунку скидає налаштування; покупка Pro лишається прив'язаною до вашого облікового запису Google, і її можна відновити.

• Щоб попросити про видалення даних про збої чи використання, пов'язаних із вашим встановленням, напишіть на адресу нижче — ми передамо запит до Google.

Безпека

Ми вживаємо розумних технічних заходів для захисту тих небагатьох даних, з якими застосунок має справу. Водночас жоден спосіб передавання через інтернет чи електронного зберігання не є цілком безпечним.

Зміни до цієї політики

Ми можемо час від часу оновлювати цю політику. Дата вгорі сторінки показує, коли її змінено востаннє. Про суттєві зміни буде сказано в описі застосунку в магазині.
