- Device and app usage information
- Basic analytics and crash/error information
We may also collect information generated when users interact with the app, such as login activity, rent status updates, receipt activity, listing views, and communication records.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Create and manage user accounts
- Allow users to view property listings
- Support rental applications and tenant requests
- Help tenants manage rent-related information
- Allow proof of payment upload and review
- Generate receipts and rent records
- Send rent reminders, notices, and service updates

3. Proof of Payment and Documents
Residly may allow users to upload proof of payment images or documents. These files are used only for rent, tenancy, verification, and record-keeping purposes. Users should not upload documents that are unrelated to their tenancy or rental transaction.

We do not sell personal information.
We may share limited information only when necessary with:
- Landlords or property managers connected to a tenancy or listing
- Service providers who help operate the app
- Cloud hosting and database providers
- Payment, messaging, email, or notification service providers

Residly may use third-party services to operate the app, including but not limited to:
- Firebase Authentication
- Firebase Cloud Firestore
- Firebase Cloud Storage
- Firebase Cloud Messaging
- Google Analytics for Firebase
- Crashlytics
- Email, SMS, or WhatsApp messaging providers
These services may process limited user, device, usage, or technical information to provide authentication, hosting, analytics, notifications, messaging, storage, and security functions.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect user information. This may include secure cloud storage, controlled access, authentication, encryption in transit, and internal access controls. However, no digital platform can guarantee complete security.

We keep user information only for as long as necessary to provide Residly services, maintain rent and tenancy records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and support accounting or audit requirements.
When information is no longer required, we may delete, anonymise, or securely archive it.
8. Data Deletion Requests
Users may request deletion of their account or personal information by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes.
9. Children’s Privacy
Residly is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
