Reservation

A reservation is required to visit my restaurant.

Please do not call from overseas.

As I am Japanese, I may not be able to understand English or other languages accurately over the phone. To avoid misunderstandings regarding your reservation, please contact me by Messenger or WhatsApp message.

Information Required for a Reservation

When requesting a reservation, please always provide the following information:

* Full name of the person making the reservation

* Preferred date

* Preferred time (6:00 PM / 7:30 PM, etc.)

* Number of guests

* Name of the hotel where you will be staying

* Phone number where you can be reached on the day, including your country code

* Email address

* Any other information you would like to let me know in advance regarding your reservation

To confirm your reservation details, I will contact your hotel to verify your stay.

Your reservation will be officially confirmed after I have received confirmation from your hotel.

Children

I may be able to accommodate guests with children depending on my schedule.

Please ask when making your reservation.

Reservation Policy

Please make your reservation by messaging me directly as the guest who will be visiting the restaurant.

I welcome inquiries from hotel concierges. However, to confirm a reservation, I need to communicate directly with the guest.

I do not accept reservations through booking agencies or other third parties.

Please also note that I do not accept reservations by phone.

ホテルのコンシェルジュからのお問い合わせには対応しております。ただし、ご予約の確定には、お客様ご本人との直接のやり取りが必要です。

予約代行業者や、その他の代理人を通じたご予約はお受けしておりません。

なお、お電話でのご予約もお受けしておりません。

毎週木曜日は定休日のため、お問い合わせ対応業務を休止しております。
