Training in the analysis and interpretation of user needs to drive the creation of innovative digital products
This exclusive training on generative research provides you with a deep understanding of methods to uncover human needs, motivations, and behaviors that often remain unspoken. Through the selection and appropriate application of research methods, you will gain the ability to make meaningful innovations by focusing on the needs and preferences of the users of the products you will design.
What you will learn:
Knowledge of the purpose and principles of generative research
Design research that explores the needs and preferences of potential users of the products you design
Advanced research techniques for deep human understanding
Interpret research results and transform them into solution options through a specific product

What we offer
The training has a total of 100 hours and lasts 11 weeks, which includes both sessions for the elaboration of topics and supervision for research work in practice.
Offered in a hybrid format twice a week (online and in person in Prishtina), with the option to choose to attend the training only online.
The option to choose the language of training in Albanian or English is available.
Upon completion of the training, participants are provided with certificates of completion.
