RepTrack ("we", "our", or "us"), developed by J2Studio, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application RepTrack (the "Application").
By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
a. Personal Information
Account Information: When you register/log in via email OTP, we collect your email address and display name.
Profile & Clan Avatar: You may optionally choose or upload a profile picture and clan avatar.
b. Fitness and Workout Data
Exercise Logs: We store your workout history, including exercise types (push-ups, plank, etc.), repetition counts, workout durations, dates, and earned points/coins.
Daily Check-ins & Photos: If you choose to use the check-in feature, photos captured from your camera or chosen from your gallery, along with notes, are stored to track your progress and generate shareable story cards.
c. Device Permissions
Camera & Photo Gallery: Used strictly to allow you to take check-in photos, customize your profile avatar, or set clan emblems.
Audio / Microphone: May be requested solely for real-time sound/rep detection during workouts (audio is processed on-device and is never recorded or transmitted).
Network / Internet: Used to sync your workout history, update the leaderboard, manage clan activities, and communicate with our secure servers.
2. Third-Party Services & Advertising
The Application integrates third-party services that may collect information used to identify you in order to provide ads and app stability:
Google Play Services
Google AdMob: We display advertisements (such as rewarded ads) through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use device identifiers, cookies, and usage data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
Provide, maintain, and personalize your fitness tracking experience.
Synchronize your workout data across sessions and display community leaderboards.
Facilitate clan participation and group achievements.
Deliver rewarded coins and app features.
Ensure app stability and prevent fraudulent activities.
4. Data Retention & Deletion Policy (Account Deletion)
We retain your personal information and workout records only for as long as your account remains active.
How to delete your account and data: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data (including email, profile avatar, workout sessions, and check-in photos) directly within the app by going to Profile Screen -> Delete Account (Xóa tài khoản).
Alternatively, you may submit an account and data deletion request by contacting us at: lt10b10@gmail.com. Upon confirmation, all your data will be permanently wiped from our databases.
5. Data Security
We implement commercially acceptable security measures to safeguard your personal data. All network communications with our servers are encrypted via HTTPS/SSL.
6. Children's Privacy
RepTrack does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
