This Privacy Policy applies to the Repsy app (hereby referred to as the "Application", "App", or "The App") for mobile devices, created by Lalsang Chauhan (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is provided "AS IS."
Repsy is designed to help users create and manage interval-based workout timers.
The Application may store information including:
Custom timer presets
Workout session history
App preferences and settings
The Application does not require users to provide personally identifiable information such as their name, address, phone number, or email address to use its core features.
Information stored by the Application is used solely to:
Save custom workout timers
Track workout session history
Remember app preferences
Improve app functionality and user experience
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or third parties for marketing purposes.
The Application may utilize third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies regarding data handling.

You can stop all collection and storage of Application data by uninstalling the Application. Standard uninstall processes available through your mobile device or app marketplace may be used.
The Application is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, such information will be promptly deleted.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us so appropriate action can be taken.
