Serhii Liutyi ("we", "our", or "us") operates the ReplyPanel mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.
1. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
We believe in ultimate privacy. ReplyPanel is designed to process and store your data locally on your device.
Custom Templates & Media: All text, images, audio, and documents you add to the App are stored strictly in your device's private local directory (filesDir) and are never uploaded to our servers.
Backup & Restore Features: When you create a backup, a compressed file is generated locally on your device. You control where to store or send this file. We do not have access to your backup files or their contents.
2. ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE DECLARATION
Our App uses Android's AccessibilityService API to provide the core "1-Tap Auto-Paste" feature.
Purpose: The Accessibility Service is used solely to detect the active text input field in third-party applications (such as messengers) and programmatically insert your chosen text template when you trigger it via the floating panel.
Privacy Guarantee: We DO NOT use the AccessibilityService API to collect, monitor, log, store, or share any personal data, keystrokes, passwords, or information typed by the user or visible on the screen. All processing happens entirely in real-time and locally on your device.
3. SYSTEM OVERLAY PERMISSION
The App requires the "Display over other apps" (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW) permission to render the floating menu panel. This panel operates strictly locally, does not read screen content outside of its own boundaries, and does not collect layout data.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
To provide subscriptions and process payments, we integrate reliable third-party services. These services may collect anonymous device identifiers and transaction details according to their own privacy policies:
Google Play Billing: Processes all financial transactions and refunds.
RevenueCat: Used to manage subscription statuses, validate purchases, and display paywalls.
We do not collect or store your credit card or financial bank details.
5. SECURITY
We rely on Android's secure sandboxing and industry-standard measures to protect your local data. However, please note that the security of your templates also depends on protecting your own mobile device (e.g., using biometrics or screen locks).
