This Privacy Policy explains how Prama (the "Company," "we," or "us") handles information when you use the Replyo application (the "App").

1. Sensitive Data Stored On Your Device

The Replyo App is your default dialer and communication tool. To function, it requires access to your sensitive data, but this data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to the Company's servers or shared with us.

The App accesses the following data solely for local function:

• Contact Data: Used to display contact names, photos, and phone numbers during calls, and to allow selection for auto-replies.

• Call Logs: Used to display your call history (recents, missed, blocked calls).

• Phone Number: Used locally to identify you for call services and to send outbound SMS auto-replies.

• User Content: This includes saved quick replies, custom notes, and speed dial settings, which are required to personalize your App experience.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data solely for the local operation and core functionality of the Replyo App, such as managing calls and sending auto-replies.

3. Data Collected by Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services which collect data for the purposes of improving the app's stability and performance. This data is generally anonymous and non-personal:

• Firebase Analytics (Google): Collects anonymized usage statistics (e.g., button clicks, feature adoption) to help us understand how the app is used.

• Firebase Crashlytics (Google): Collects crash reports and technical device information to help us fix bugs.

By using these features, you are subject to Google’s privacy policy.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or share your highly sensitive on-device data (Contacts, Call Logs, Phone Number) with any third parties or external servers.

5. Data Security

The security of your data relies on your device’s security features, as the data is stored locally. While we strive to maintain a secure app, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

You can control your data by:

• Revoking Permissions: You can revoke any permissions granted to the App (like Contacts or Phone permission) at any time through your device settings, though this will disable core App functionality.

• Deleting Data: Deleting the App will remove the App’s local storage and settings, including custom replies and notes.
