Introduction

RepLog ("we," "our," or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application.

Information Collection and Use

RepLog prioritizes user privacy. We do not collect, store, or transmit personal information to external servers.

Locally Stored Data

All workout data is stored locally on your device via the Hive database system, including:

• Workout entries: exercise names, sets, reps, weight, performance ratings

• Notes and comments

• Photos attached to workouts

• Theme preferences and app settings

• Historical workout statistics

This data remains on your device unless you choose to export or share it.

Data You Provide

You may input:

• Exercise names and workout details

• Performance metrics (weight, reps, RPE)

• Personal notes

All information stays on your device and is not accessible to us or third parties.

Permissions

RepLog requests only the permissions necessary for core functionality:

• Storage Access: Save workout data locally.

• Photo Library Access: Attach existing photos to entries.

Permissions are optional where indicated.

Data Storage and Security

All data is stored locally using Hive, a secure encrypted database. We do not maintain any servers for user data. Device security protects your information.

Uninstalling RepLog permanently deletes all local data.

Data Sharing and Third Parties

RepLog does not share, sell, rent, or trade any information. We do not use:

• Analytics or tracking tools

• Social media integrations

• External authentication services

In-App Purchases

Optional in-app purchases are processed through Google Play Store. We do not collect payment information. Google Play’s privacy policy applies.

Data Retention and Deletion

You control your data:

• Delete individual workouts

• Use “Delete All Data” in Settings to remove all information permanently

We cannot recover deleted data because it is stored only on your device.

Children's Privacy

RepLog does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If a child has used the app, contact support@replog.com.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Updates may occur to reflect legal or operational changes. Updates are posted in the app and on Google Play. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

International Users

RepLog is available worldwide. All data is stored locally; no information crosses borders via the app.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may:

• Access your data anytime in-app

• Delete your data using the “Delete All Data” function

Traditional server-based privacy concerns do not apply since no data is stored externally.
