Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Repair AI Helper: RepairBuddy ("the App," "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using Repair AI Helper: RepairBuddy, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Repair AI Helper: RepairBuddy is an AI-powered mobile application that provides:
- AI-powered repair diagnosis based on photos
- Step-by-step repair instructions and guides
- Repair history tracking
- Tools and parts recommendations
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 13 years old
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
4.1 Subscription Plans
- The App offers Weekly and Annual subscription plans
- Subscription fees are charged through your Apple App Store account
- Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region
4.2 Free Trial
- Some subscriptions may include a free trial period
- Free trial periods are forfeited upon purchase of a subscription
- You will be charged at the end of the free trial period unless cancelled
4.3 Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You will be charged the subscription fee to your Apple App Store account
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple App Store account settings
4.4 Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for unused portions of subscriptions
4.5 Price Changes
- We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time
- Price changes will not affect your current subscription period
- You will be notified of price changes before renewal
5. USER ACCOUNT AND RESPONSIBILITIES
5.1 Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must not share your account credentials with others
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
5.2 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Use automated systems to access the App
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
6.1 Repair Advice Disclaimer
THE APP PROVIDES REPAIR INFORMATION AND GUIDANCE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THE REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS, DIAGNOSES, AND RECOMMENDATIONS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
6.2 No Guarantees
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:
- The AI diagnosis will be accurate or complete
- Repair instructions will work for your specific situation
- Following our instructions will fix your problem
- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
6.3 General Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1 Repair-Related Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any damage, injury, or loss resulting from following repair instructions
- Property damage caused by repair attempts
- Personal injury resulting from repair activities
- Any costs associated with incorrect diagnoses or failed repairs
- Loss of data or functionality of repaired items
7.2 General Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
7.3 Maximum Liability
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1 Our Rights
- All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by us
- The App, including its AI technology, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works
8.2 Your Content
- You retain ownership of photos and content you upload
- By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it to provide the service
- You represent that you have the right to upload any content you provide
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
9.1 Apple App Store
- The App is distributed through the Apple App Store
- Apple's Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the App
- Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
9.2 RevenueCat
- Subscription management is handled through RevenueCat
- RevenueCat's terms apply to subscription services
- We are not responsible for RevenueCat's services
10. TERMINATION
10.1 By You
- You may stop using the App at any time
- Cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete your account
- You can request account deletion through the App settings
10.2 By Us
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Misuse the App or its services
11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting updated Terms in the App
- Updating the "Last Updated" date
- Sending a notification (for significant changes)
Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

- Add or remove features
- Change subscription plans or pricing
- Update the App's functionality
13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
