Renvo — Privacy Policy

Renvo is an offline invoicing app for freelancers and small businesses. This policy explains what
happens to your information. The short version: your business data stays on your device, and we
cannot read it.
What stays on your device
Everything you create in Renvo is stored locally, in a database on your phone:
- invoices, estimates and credit notes
- clients and their contact details
- products, services and prices
- expenses, time entries and payments
- your company profile, logo and bank details
- app settings and preferences
We have no server holding this data, no account system, and no way to retrieve it. If you delete
the app or use **Settings → Delete all data**, it is gone permanently unless you made a backup.
Backups
A backup is a file you create and control. Renvo writes it to a location you choose, or hands it
to your device's share sheet so you can send it to Drive, Dropbox, email or anywhere else. Once it
leaves Renvo, that copy is governed by whichever service you sent it to. We never receive it.
What we do collect
**Anonymous usage analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase).** So we can see which features are
used and where people get stuck, Renvo records events such as "an invoice was issued", "the paywall
was shown" or "a backup was created", along with the app version, device model, coarse country and
a random installation identifier.
These events never include your invoice contents, amounts, client names, business name, email
addresses or any other business data.
**Purchases (RevenueCat).** If you buy the lifetime unlock, the transaction is processed by Google
Play or the App Store. RevenueCat records the purchase against a random app-user identifier so the
unlock can be restored on your other devices. We never see your payment details.
**Remote configuration (Firebase Remote Config).** Renvo fetches the free-tier limits from our
servers so they can be adjusted without an app update. This request sends no personal data.
What we never do
- We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
- We do not show ads.
- We do not require an account, email address or phone number.
- We do not upload your invoices, clients or documents anywhere.
Sending invoices
When you share an invoice, your device's own share sheet sends the file to the app you pick — mail,
messaging, cloud storage. Renvo is not part of that transfer and keeps no copy of what was sent.
Your rights
Because your business data never reaches us, requests to access, correct or delete it are things
you carry out yourself on the device. **Settings → Delete all data** erases everything, including
the analytics identifier.
To opt out of analytics, use your device's system settings to limit ad and usage tracking, or
contact us at the address below.
Children
Renvo is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13.

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top.
