We encourage you to stay up to date with the latest information and insider tips so you can fully enjoy all that Seabrook Island has to offer.

Please Note: All Rental Guests may access the Beach and may obtain a digital amenity pass for access to the community Lake House. Only Rental Guests staying in a Club-associated property have access to Seabrook Island Club amenities, including Golf, Racquet Sports, Beach Club, and Club Dining.

Upcoming Events & Programs

Sourdough Saturdays

Every Saturday starting at 10 AM

Every Saturday starting at 10 AM, Members can enjoy taking home Chef Christine's freshly baked artisan sourdough boules.

Each boule is:

Handcrafted and freshly baked
Approximately 10–12 inches
Perfect for sharing (serves 6–8)
Priced at $14 each

Please note: Quantities are limited to just 12 loaves each Saturday, so be sure to arrive early—once they’re gone, they’re gone!

SIPOA Lake House Renovations

Exciting things are coming to the SIPOA Lake House! Beginning Monday, September 21, 2026 construction will officially begin on several improvements to the fitness and wellness spaces. Over the next few months, SIPOA will be:

Expanding the fitness studio
Adding sliding doors for indoor/outdoor class flexibility
Extending the barres to accommodate more participants
Adding new studio mirrors
Adding men's and women's saunas with access through the respective locker rooms

Beginning Monday, September 21, there will be NO ACCESS to the:

Back lawn
Back porch
Fitness studio
Loading dock on left side of the building

For everyone's safety, please stay out of the designated construction areas and follow all posted signage.

Fitness classes will continue during construction and the pools and fitness center will remain open during construction.
