RentBook Privacy Policy

INTRODUCTION

RentBook ("we", "our", or "us") is a property rent management

application developed by easilier. This Privacy Policy

explains how our app handles your information.

DATA STORAGE

RentBook stores all data locally on your device only. This includes:

- Building and room information

- Tenant names, contact numbers, and photos

- Payment records and history

- Agreement paper images

- App settings and preferences

We do NOT collect, transmit, or store any of your data on external

servers. Your data never leaves your device.

INTERNET ACCESS

RentBook does not require internet access for any core functionality.

The app works completely offline. Internet permission is declared only

for potential future features.

DATA SECURITY

All your data is stored in your device's local storage (localStorage).

Access to the app can be protected using your device's fingerprint

or PIN lock feature. We recommend regularly exporting backups to

protect against data loss.

PERMISSIONS USED

Camera — To capture tenant photos and agreement documents

Storage — To save PDF reports and backup files to Downloads folder

Notifications — To send monthly rent reminders and backup reminders

Vibration — For haptic feedback

We do not use these permissions to collect or transmit any personal

data.

THIRD PARTY SERVICES

RentBook does not integrate with any third-party analytics,

advertising, or data collection services. No data is shared

with any third parties.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

RentBook is intended for use by adults aged 18 and above. We do

not knowingly collect any information from children under 18.

DATA DELETION

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete

all app data at any time by:

- Going to Phone Settings → Apps → RentBook → Clear Data

- Or by uninstalling the app

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes

will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page.
