Founded on December 1, 1975, at Kean University in Union, New Jersey, Lambda Theta Phi was established to unite men of diverse backgrounds under the values of Brotherhood, Scholarship, and Community Service.

With over 150+ undergraduate chapters and 30+ alumni entities nationwide, we have impacted thousands of lives through academic support, cultural awareness, and philanthropic initiatives.

We are proud to be the first nationally recognized Latin fraternity in the United States and continue to lead by example, promoting unity, leadership, and excellence in all we do.
