Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 15, 2026
Last Updated: July 15, 2026
Solution Cat Limited (“Solution Cat,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Remove Object mobile application for iOS (“App”).
This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, processed, stored, and shared when you use the App. By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We May Collect
The information collected depends on how you use the App and which features, permissions, and third-party services are enabled.
Photos and Images
The App may request permission to access photos or images stored on your device so that you can select, edit, remove objects from, and save images.
Your photos are accessed only when you select them or permit the App to access them. We do not claim ownership of your photos, edited images, or other content.
Where image processing is performed locally, the selected images remain on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.
If the App provides an online or cloud-based image-processing feature, an image may be temporarily transmitted to a processing service only when you choose to use that feature. Such images are used only to provide the requested functionality and are not intended to be sold or used for unrelated advertising purposes.
Camera Access
If the App provides a camera feature, it may request permission to use your device’s camera so that you can capture a photo for editing.
The App does not access the camera without your permission.
Saved and Exported Images
Edited images may be saved to your device’s photo library when you select a save or export option. The App may request permission to add images to your photo library for this purpose.
Device and Technical Information
We or our service providers may automatically collect limited technical information, including:
Device model and operating-system version
App version and language settings
Device or advertising identifiers, where permitted
General usage and interaction information
Crash reports, diagnostic data, and performance information
Approximate region or country derived from technical information
Information about advertisement views and interactions
This information may be used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve the App.
Purchase Information
The App may offer subscriptions, premium features, or other in-app purchases.
Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not directly receive or store your complete payment-card or banking information.
We may receive limited purchase-related information from Apple, such as subscription status, product identifier, transaction status, renewal status, or purchase-validation information. This information is used to provide premium access, restore purchases, prevent fraud, and manage subscriptions.
Support Communications
When you contact us for support, we may receive information that you voluntarily provide, including:
Your name
Your email address
The content of your message
Screenshots or attachments
Device, app-version, or diagnostic information you choose to share
We use this information to respond to your request, investigate problems, and improve the App.
2. How We Use Information
We may use collected information to:
Provide image-editing and object-removal features
Allow users to import, edit, save, and export images
Process purchases and restore premium access
Display and measure advertisements

We do not sell users’ personal photos or edited images.
3. Advertising
The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners.
Advertising providers may collect or process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, advertisement interactions, and device information. Depending on your location, device settings, consent choices, and Apple’s requirements, this information may be used to provide, limit, measure, or personalize advertisements.
Where required, the App will request your permission before accessing data used to track your activity across other companies’ apps or websites.
You can manage tracking permissions through:
iPhone or iPad Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
You may also be able to limit personalized advertising through your device or Apple account settings.
Purchasing an ad-free or premium version may remove advertisements from the App, but certain purchase-validation, analytics, diagnostic, or security processing may still occur.
4. Analytics and Crash Reporting
We may use third-party analytics and crash-reporting services to understand how the App is used, identify technical errors, and improve performance.
These providers may process information such as:
App interactions and feature usage
Device and operating-system information
App version
Crash logs and diagnostic events
IP address
Device or installation identifiers
We require service providers to process information only for authorized purposes and subject to appropriate privacy and security protections.
5. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services for functions such as:
Advertising
Analytics
Crash reporting
Cloud-based image processing
Subscription and purchase management
Fraud prevention
Customer support
These third parties may collect and process information under their own privacy policies. Their practices are not controlled solely by Solution Cat Limited.
Depending on the App’s current configuration, third-party services may include Apple services and other advertising, analytics, processing, or infrastructure providers disclosed through the App, consent interface, or App Store privacy information.
6. App Tracking Transparency
When required by Apple, the App may display an App Tracking Transparency permission request before accessing the device’s advertising identifier or tracking your activity across apps and websites owned by other companies.
You may allow or deny this request. Refusing tracking permission will not prevent you from using the App’s essential image-editing features, although advertisements may be less personalized.
7. Data Sharing
We may share limited information in the following circumstances:
Service Providers
Information may be shared with companies that provide advertising, analytics, hosting, image processing, crash reporting, subscription management, security, or support services.

Business Transfers
If Solution Cat Limited is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or sale of assets, information associated with the App may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
We do not sell users’ personal photos or edited images to data brokers or advertisers.
8. Data Storage and Retention
Images processed locally may remain on your device until you delete them, uninstall the App, or remove them from your photo library or application storage.
When an image is processed through an online service, it may be retained temporarily for the time needed to complete the requested processing, maintain security, detect abuse, or comply with legal obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the service provider and technical requirements.
Analytics, advertising, purchase, diagnostic, and support information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to:
Provide and improve the App
Maintain subscription or purchase records
Resolve support requests
Prevent fraud and abuse
Meet legal, accounting, tax, or security requirements
Information may be anonymized or aggregated so that it can no longer reasonably identify an individual. Such anonymized information may be retained for product analysis and improvement.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no electronic transmission, storage system, or internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should avoid sending sensitive or confidential information through support messages unless necessary.
10. International Data Transfers
Solution Cat Limited and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live.
Privacy and data-protection laws may differ between countries. Where required, reasonable safeguards will be used to protect transferred information in accordance with applicable law.
11. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, or the minimum age required by applicable law for independent consent to personal-data processing.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without appropriate authorization. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us at removeobjectios@gmail.com, and we will take reasonable steps to investigate and delete eligible information.
Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use of photo-editing applications and review the permissions enabled on their devices.
12. Links and External Services
