If you've ever exported a video on CapCut and saw that annoying ending watermark, you’re not alone.
I used to deal with this all the time when I started editing, especially when I forgot to remove it before exporting.
After trying different methods, I found 2 main ways to remove the CapCut ending logo. And one of them is way better if you don’t want to keep repeating the process every single time you want to export your edited videos.
The easiest way I found to permanently remove the CapCut ending watermark is by turning off the “Default Ending” in settings. This prevents the watermark from appearing in all your future videos.
The first method I used is deleting the ending clip logo manually before exporting the video.
Open your CapCut app and head to the project tab as shown in the image below, then either create a new project of open an existing one.
Scroll to the end of the video and select the back CapCut ending clip (CapCut logo) and tap on the “Delete” icon among the menu icons.
This works fine, but the problem is, you have to do it every single time you are editing a video.
And honestly, sometimes you can forget… and then export the video with the watermark still there.
That's where the method two comes in which is the permanent solution.
This is the method I personally use now because it saves time and works automatically.
Open CapCut and Tap on your profile icon to head to your profile page then click on the setting icon at the top right corner of the page.
On the Settings page, look for "Add Default Ending" and turn it off. You'll see a popup then click on "Discard".
Once you turned this off, you don't have to worry about deleting the watermark again. Every video you export now comes out clean. No extra steps needed.
