Welcome to Remote for Roku. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Remote for Roku application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you do not have permission to access the App.

1. Use License

• Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the App per device for personal, non-commercial transitory use only.

• This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

Remote for Roku makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

3. Limitations

• In no event shall Remote for Roku or its suppliers be liable for any consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App.

4. Accuracy of Materials

• The materials appearing on the App could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Remote for Roku does not warrant that any of the materials on its App are accurate, complete or current. Remote for Roku may make changes to the materials contained on its App at any time without notice. However, Remote for Roku does not make any commitment to update the materials.

• Remote for Roku has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its App and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Remote for Roku of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
