App: Grouped Photo Cleanup: RemoPix

Thank you for choosing our app. By using Grouped Photo Cleanup: RemoPix (the “App”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. 

Basic Terms

1. You are responsible for all activities carried out under your account.

2. You may not harass, abuse, threaten, impersonate, or intimidate other users.

3. You are responsible for protecting your password and any actions taken under it.

4. You are solely responsible for any data, photos, text, information, links, profiles, or other content you submit or display in the App.

5. You may not use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes. International users must comply with all local laws.

6. You may not copy, modify, or falsely associate another app with Grouped Photo Cleanup: RemoPix.

7. You may not upload, share, or transmit unsolicited advertising, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of unauthorized solicitation.

8. You may not disrupt the App, its servers, or connected networks through malware, viruses, or destructive code.

9. You may not intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable laws while using the App.
   
   

Violating these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account. Although such behavior is prohibited, you understand that we are not responsible for user-generated content.

General Conditions

1. We may modify or terminate the App or its services at any time, without notice.

2. We may update these Terms of Use at our discretion by posting changes in the App. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated terms.

3. We reserve the right to deny service to anyone when necessary.

4. We may, but are not obligated to, remove content or accounts we determine to be unlawful, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.

5. By using the App, you agree that we may collect and use non-personal, aggregated information to improve services.

6. We may reclaim usernames on behalf of individuals or businesses with valid legal or trademark rights.
   
   

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

• Upload or share unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content.

• Share or promote content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.

• Send unsolicited advertising, spam, chain letters, or similar materials.

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

• Violate any rules, regulations, or policies related to the App.
  
  

Refund Policy

1. Purchases made through the App Store are managed by Apple. Refunds cannot be issued directly by us. To request a refund, you must contact Apple.

2. Please note that some purchases may auto-renew. If you do not want future renewals, you must cancel them in your App Store account settings.
   
   

Copyright

All resources within the App—including text, images, audio, and video—are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
All rights, titles, and interests in the App (excluding user-generated content) remain the property of Grouped Photo Cleanup: RemoPix and its licensors.

You may not use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without permission. Any feedback or suggestions you provide are voluntary, and we are free to use them without obligation to you.
