Kullion Games operates the mobile game Relyvon. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the game.
Relyvon does not directly collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal information.
The game does not require account registration and does not request your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photographs, or other personal content.
Relyvon does not use advertising services, analytics services, tracking technologies, or personalized advertising.
Relyvon stores limited game-related information locally on your device. This may include:
Your selected language
Haptic feedback settings
Completed preview rounds
High scores and streak records
Full-version entitlement status
Tidal Shift expansion entitlement status
This information is used only to provide game functionality and remember your progress and settings.
Depending on your Android device and backup settings, this locally stored information may be included in Android cloud backups or transferred to a new device. Such backup and device-transfer services are controlled by your device provider and Google, not by Kullion Games.
You can remove locally stored game information by clearing Relyvon’s app data in your Android settings or by uninstalling the game. Purchase records maintained by Google Play are not deleted when the app is uninstalled.

Purchases are processed securely through Google Play Billing. Kullion Games does not receive or store your complete payment information, credit card details, bank information, or Google account password.
The game receives purchase and entitlement information from Google Play so that purchased content can be unlocked, restored, and made available after restarting or reinstalling the game.

The core game can be played without an internet connection. An internet connection may be required to:
Retrieve current product information and localized prices
Complete an in-app purchase
Confirm purchase ownership
Restore previous purchases

Relyvon does not send gameplay scores, puzzle results, language settings, or other locally stored game information to servers operated by Kullion Games.
Relyvon contains no third-party advertising.
The game does not use advertising identifiers, behavioral tracking, analytics SDKs, social-media trackers, or profiling technologies.
Kullion Games does not sell, rent, or share personal information with advertisers or data brokers.
Information may be processed by Google when you download the game, use Google Play services, make a purchase, restore a purchase, or use Android backup features. Google acts according to its own terms and privacy policies.
Locally stored game settings, progress, and records remain on your device until you clear the app’s data or uninstall the game. They may also remain in an Android backup if cloud backup is enabled on your device.
Purchase records and transaction information are retained by Google Play according to Google’s applicable policies and legal obligations.
Kullion Games does not maintain an external database containing Relyvon player profiles or gameplay information.
Relyvon does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The game does not include advertising, social networking, public profiles, chat functions, user-generated content, or direct communication between players.

Depending on your location, you may have rights concerning personal information, including rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection. Because Kullion Games does not directly collect or maintain player accounts or personal gameplay databases, we may not possess information that can be associated with you.
Questions regarding Google Play purchases, Google account information, or Android cloud backups should also be directed to Google through the relevant Google account and support settings.
Relyvon uses Google Play Billing for optional in-app purchases. Your use of Google Play is governed by Google’s applicable terms and privacy policy.
