Welcome to Relvo ("Relvo," "we," "our," or "us").
Relvo is a household and relationship-management application designed to help adults and families organize shared responsibilities, chores, meals, shopping, schedules, notes, budgets, and other household activities.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
This Privacy Policy explains what information Relvo collects, how we use it, how it may be shared, how we protect it, and how you can request deletion of your information.

Relvo does not require your bank-account password, credit-card number, or financial institution login credentials to use its household budgeting features.
Relvo may provide AI-powered features such as an AI assistant, recipe generation, planning assistance, suggestions, or other AI functionality.
When you use an AI feature, information that you voluntarily submit may be transmitted through OpenRouter and processed by the AI model provider selected for that request.
This information may include:
Text prompts
Questions
Household information included in your prompt
Recipe or meal information included in your prompt
Other content voluntarily submitted to an AI feature
AI-generated responses
You should avoid entering highly sensitive personal information into AI prompts unless it is necessary for the feature you are using.
OpenRouter and the applicable AI model provider may process information according to their respective privacy and data-handling practices.
Relvo may offer premium features or subscriptions through Google Play.
Relvo uses RevenueCat to manage subscription status and premium entitlements.
Depending on the configuration of Relvo and RevenueCat, information processed may include:
Relvo user identifier
Subscription status
Purchase information
Google Play purchase information or tokens
Device or operating-system information
Application usage information necessary for subscription management

Payment card numbers and bank-account passwords are not stored by Relvo.

Local notifications are scheduled and displayed on your device. Relvo does not send your local reminder content to a notification server solely for the purpose of delivering these notifications.
Relvo allows users to create or join shared household spaces.
When you add information to a shared household, that information may be visible to authorized members of that household.
Depending on the features you use, shared household members may see:
Chores
Task assignments
Task completion information
Shopping lists
Meal plans
Notes

Household goals
Shared budgets or expenses
Other information intentionally shared within the household
You should only add information to a shared household that you are comfortable sharing with the household members who have access to that information.
Relvo may allow an adult account holder to create and manage household profiles for family members, including children, for household-organization purposes.
For example, an adult may use Relvo to:
Assign chores to a child
Track completion of household tasks
Organize family responsibilities
Include family members in household schedules
Manage family routines
These profiles are controlled by the adult account holder and are not independent Relvo accounts.
Relvo is primarily intended for adults and families and does not encourage children to independently create accounts.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Information may be shared or processed in the following circumstances.
Information that you intentionally share through a household may be accessible to authorized household members.
Relvo uses Supabase for:
Account authentication
Cloud database storage
Data synchronization
Backend services
Information stored through Relvo's backend may therefore be processed and stored by Supabase as necessary to provide these services.
Relvo uses Google AdMob for advertising.
AdMob may process advertising, device, interaction, identifier, and diagnostic information for purposes such as providing and measuring advertisements, preventing fraud, and operating its services.
Relvo uses RevenueCat for subscription management and premium entitlements.
RevenueCat may process information necessary to identify subscription status, manage purchases, and provide subscription-related services.
When you use Relvo's AI features, submitted prompts and related information may be transmitted through OpenRouter to the AI model provider used for that request.
The applicable AI provider may process submitted information according to its own privacy and data-handling practices.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

When you delete your account, we will delete applicable account information and associated personal information from our active systems, subject to information that we are required or permitted to retain for purposes such as:

Relvo provides an account deletion feature directly within the application.
To delete your Relvo account:

When you confirm account deletion, Relvo will delete applicable account information and associated personal information from our active systems, subject to the limited retention circumstances described in this Privacy Policy.

Relvo is primarily designed for adults and families.
Relvo does not provide independent accounts specifically intended for children under the age of 13.
Adult users may create and manage child household profiles for household-management purposes, as described in Section 5.
We do not knowingly encourage children under 13 to independently create Relvo accounts.
If we learn that a child has independently created an account or provided personal information in violation of applicable requirements, we will take reasonable steps to delete the information.
If Relvo introduces independent child accounts or becomes directed toward children in the future, we will review and update our privacy practices and comply with applicable Google Play requirements before enabling those features.
Relvo requests device permissions only when they are necessary for features that you choose to use.
You may manage applicable permissions through your device settings.
Relvo does not require precise location access for its core household-management functionality.

Relvo currently uses the following third-party services:

Relvo uses third-party cloud and service providers that may process or store information on servers located outside your country.
As a result, information submitted to Relvo or its service providers may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to applicable legal requirements and the practices of the relevant service providers.
