The Services may display or reference content from third parties (such as audio tracks, meditation text, or external informational resources).
Relax is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or availability of any third-party content.
Your interaction with third-party materials is solely at your own risk.
6. No Account Registration
The Services operate without requiring user accounts or login functionality.
You are not required to create an account to use the Services, and we do not provide account-based features such as cloud saving or profile syncing.
7. No Paid Subscriptions or Purchases
The Services do not include paid subscriptions, in-app purchases, free trials, or payment functions.
You may use the App for free, subject to these Terms.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time and for any reason, including:
Violating these Terms
Misusing the App
Engaging in harmful or illegal activity
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
You must stop using the Services and delete the App from your device.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We do not guarantee that:
The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
Content will always be accurate or available
The App will work correctly on all Android devices or versions
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RELAX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Loss of data
Loss of business or profits
Device or system damage
You assume full responsibility for your use of the App.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be exclusively resolved by the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.
