Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to all mobile applications for Android created by Relaf apps and published on the developer's account under the aforementioned name.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data (General Data Protection Regulation - RGPD), Relaf apps, informs Users of its line of applications, about the processing of personal data, which they have voluntarily provided during the registration process, access and use of the service.

1. IDENTIFICATION OF THE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TREATMENT. Relaf apps, is responsible for the treatment of the data used for the purposes of the operation of its applications (data that are detailed later), provided by the Users (hereinafter, the User / s) thereof. 2. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING. To proceed with the registration, access and subsequent use of the applications, the User must voluntarily provide personal data (essentially, identification and contact information). The collection, storage, modification, structuring and, where appropriate, elimination, of the data provided by the Users, in case the nature of the applications warrants it, will constitute treatment operations carried out by the Responsible, with the purpose of guarantee the correct performance of the applications, maintain the relationship of service and / or commercial provision with the User, and for the management, administration, information, provision and improvement of the service.

Ads can be displayed in the applications of the Relaf apps line, to finance the development process of current and future services. The advertisements are provided by third-party companies and may use and collect anonymous data about the User's interests in order to select more relevant advertisements. This information may also include location data and unique device identifier, no information is collected to allow third parties to identify Users as individuals. 3. LEGITIMATION. The treatment of the User's data is carried out with the following legal bases: • The request for information and / or the contracting of the services of any of the applications of the line, whose terms and conditions will be made available of the User in any case, in advance, for their express acceptance. • The free, specific, informed and unequivocal consent of the User, making this privacy policy available to them, which they must accept through a declaration or a clear affirmative action, such as marking a box provided for this purpose.

4. WHAT KIND OF INFORMATION IS COLLECTED? For the proper performance of the applications built or developed by Relaf apps and in the event that their nature warrants it, these are some of the data that is collected:

Location: In the case of applications that are necessary, the data provided by the GPS is accessed. This data is NOT handled by Relaf apps, it is directly handled by Google Maps (the map provider).

Registration data: Every time the User uses the services provided by Relaf apps, in the event of an error in the application, data and information are collected (through third-party products) on the Users' phone, called Registration Data. . These log data may include information such as the Internet Protocol ("IP") address of the User's device, the device name, the version of the operating system, the application settings when using the aforementioned services, the time and the date of use of the service and other statistics.

Cookies: Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to the User's browser from the websites they visit and are stored in the internal memory of their device.

This service does not use these "cookies" explicitly. However, applications on our line may use third-party code and libraries that use "cookies" to collect information and improve their services. Users have the option of accepting or rejecting these cookies and knowing when a cookie is sent to their device. If they choose to reject our cookies, you may not be able to use some parts of this service.

5. WHAT IS DONE WITH THE DATA THAT IS COLLECTED? The data collected are of two types:

- Data collected by Relaf apps.

- Data collected by third parties.

Data collected by Relaf apps: In the event that the nature of the applications warrants it, this data is collected to obtain feedback on what the Users want and thus be able to improve, providing the correct adaptations in each update.

The data is manipulated at the code level, then processed in large quantities, but at no time is the data of a particular User accessed, as they are encrypted and only the User who owns the information can access them.

Data collected by third parties: In the data collected by third parties are:

• Google Analytics

• Google Admob

• Firebase

6. CONSERVATION OF PERSONAL DATA. In the event that the nature of the applications warrants it, the personal data provided by the User will be kept in the systems and databases of the Data Controller, as long as the latter continues to use the applications, and provided that they do not request their suppression. In order to debug the possible responsibilities derived from the treatment, the data will be kept for a minimum period of five years.

7. RECIPIENTS. The data will not be communicated to any third party outside Relaf apps, except legal obligation or in any case, upon request of the User's consent. Relaf apps may give access or transmit the personal data provided by the User, to third-party service providers, with whom they have signed data processing commission agreements, and who only access said information to provide a service in favor and on their own behalf of the Responsible.

8. SERVICE PROVIDERS. Third-party companies and individuals may be employed for the following reasons:

- To facilitate the service provided;

- To provide the service on behalf of Relaf apps;

- To perform services related to the service provided; or

- To analyze how the service provided is used.

Users of this service are informed that these third parties have access to their personal information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on behalf of Relaf apps. However, they are obliged not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

9. PROTECTION OF HOSTED INFORMATION. The Data Controller, adopts the necessary measures to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and their free circulation. Although the Responsible Party makes backup copies of the content hosted on its servers, it is not responsible for the loss or accidental deletion of data by Users. Similarly, it does not guarantee the total replacement of the data deleted by the Users, since the aforementioned data could have been deleted and / or modified during the period of time that has elapsed since the last backup copy. The services provided or provided through the applications, except the specific backup services, do not include the replacement of the contents kept in the backup copies made by the Data Controller, when this loss is attributable to the User; in this case, a rate will be determined according to the complexity and volume of the recovery, always with the User's acceptance. The replacement of deleted data is only included in the price of the service when the loss of content is due to causes attributable to the Responsible Party.

10. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS. Relaf apps, informs the User that they are assisted by the rights of access, rectification, limitation, deletion, opposition and portability, which may be exercised by means of a request sent to the email: relafapps@gmail.com. Likewise, the User has the right to revoke the consent initially given and to file rights claims against the Data Protection Bodies of the country in which they are located.

11. PRIVACY OF PEOPLE UNDER 18 YEARS OLD. These services are not directed to anyone under the age of 18. Personally identifiable information is not knowingly collected from children under the age of 18. In the event that a child or adolescent under the age of 18 is found to have provided Relaf apps with personal information, it will be immediately deleted from the servers. 12. COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS BY ELECTRONIC VIA. Relaf apps will not send advertising or promotional communications by email or other equivalent electronic means of communication that have not previously been requested or expressly authorized by the recipients of the same. In the case of Users with whom there is a prior contractual, legal or service relationship, the Data Controller is authorized to send commercial communications referring to the Responsible's products or services that are similar to those that were initially contracted with the client. 13. LINKS TO OTHER SITES. This service may contain links to other sites. If the User clicks on a third party link, they will be directed to that site. Users should bear in mind that these external sites are not operated by Relaf apps. Therefore, we recommend that Users review the Privacy Policy of these websites. No control or responsibility is taken for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites or services.

14. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE PRIVACY POLICY. By using the applications of the Relaf apps line, the User accepts the terms of these privacy policies. If the terms of these security policies are not accepted, the applications of the referred line should not be used. The continued use of these products, after any modification to these privacy policies, will be considered your acceptance of the modifications and / or new terms thereof.
