This Privacy Policy explains how MUSIC REHAB LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile applications and related services (the “Apps”).

2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use an App, we may process:
- App account identifiers — anonymous or account identifiers created by our authentication providers (for example, for guest/anonymous sign-in).
- Gameplay and usage data — progress, virtual balances, preferences, and similar in-app status stored on your device and/or on our cloud backends.
- Device and technical data — device type, operating system version, app version, crash or diagnostic information, and similar technical signals needed to run the Apps.
- Advertising data — advertising identifiers, consent signals, and interaction data related to ads (including rewarded and display ads) provided through advertising SDKs and their partners.
- Purchase data — if you buy a subscription or in-app product, the app store processes the payment. We may receive purchase or entitlement status (for example, whether a premium feature is active), not your full payment card details.
We do not require a traditional username and password for basic play unless an App specifically offers optional account features.
3. How we use information
- To operate gameplay features and save progress or wallet state
- To show ads (including rewarded ads) and measure ad performance
- To manage premium or subscription entitlements via the platform store
- To improve stability, security, and performance
- To comply with legal obligations and store policies
4. Advertising and consent
Our Apps may use advertising networks and mediation partners to show advertisements. In regions where required (for example under GDPR/UK GDPR or similar laws), a consent form may be shown before personalized ads are served. You can manage privacy choices through the consent interface when presented, and through your device advertising or privacy settings.
Ad partners may collect device identifiers and usage data according to their own privacy policies.
5. Cloud services and third-party platforms
We may use cloud backends and platform services (such as authentication, databases, analytics, or crash reporting) to operate the Apps. Those providers process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.
6. Purchases
Optional subscriptions or in-app purchases are handled by the platform store (for example Google Play Billing on Android). The store collects and processes payment information. We only use purchase confirmation to unlock premium features in the Apps.
7. Data sharing
We may share information with:
- Service providers (cloud, advertising, analytics, or crash tools if enabled)
- Authorities when required by law
- Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer
We do not sell your personal information as a standalone product.
8. Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the Apps, maintain accounts or progress, meet legal requirements, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of account-linked cloud data by contacting us (see Contact). Local device data can be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the App.
9. Children’s privacy
Our Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
10. International transfers
Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country (including by cloud and advertising partners). Where required, appropriate safeguards are applied by those providers.
11. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent. 12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above will be revised when changes are posted. Continued use of the Apps after changes means you accept the updated policy.
