4. DTI Business Permit
5. Mayor’s Permit (If available)

a. Registration Certificate issued by the Securities & Exchange Commission (for Corporations)
b. Cooperatives Development Authority Certificate (for Cooperatives)
c. Registration Certificate/Business Name issued by DTI-Bureau of Domestic Trade (if single proprietorship)
2. Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws (Corporations/Cooperatives) or Contract of Partnership (for Partnership;
3. Building plan and permit (for manufacturing plants only);
4. Feasibility Study (for millers, manufacturers and processors only); and.
5. License to Operate (LTO) from the Food and Drug Authority (FDA) for all processed coconut food products
