"Furry" Critters

Furry critters is a fun way to see plants grow. You can use bird seed or grass seed, both will sprout in about a week. You will need tights or stockings, soil, sawdust, the seed and your creativity. One of the best critters to make is a caterpillar because the roots start to look like lots of little legs and the shape is natural for the materials. Feel free to send us pictures if you do this activity! You can grow plants in an egg shell as well!
