1. Log in to www.riversidedatamanager.com. Internet Explorer or Firefox are the recommended browsers.
2. On the DataManager home page select "Admin" from the top right of your screen.
For more information on the process below see the Resources tab on the top right of screen.
IMPORTANT!!!! YOU DO NOT NEED TO DO ANYTHING TO THE "MANAGE ROSTERING" PAGE. ALL REGION 14 SCHOOLS ARE UNDER THE REGION 14 ROSTER. This tab is for Region 14 staff only.
Select "Manage Students" tab from the right side menu bar.
Add Student
Roster: 2021-2022 Reg 14 Roster in the drop down tab
Location: (You will need to click small black arrows until you drill down to the grade level)
Name
Unique Student ID (use students Unique Texas ID in PEIMS (ask your registrar/secretary), randomly assigning numbers will create technical problems)

Battery/Subtest: You do not have to set up session for each subtest. You will need one session code for "Getting Started" and one session to start the regular test. You will not need to create another session until the next time they come to lab. Select "Continue All" on the proctor computer for "approved students" to move students on to next subsection. AGAIN - You do not need to create a new session code for each subtest, only create a new session the next time the students come to the lab. The computer will roll from one test to the other as long as the student continues sitting.
Create test sessions for each grade level being administered. See Session ID Code.
You can set up proctor led or self paced sessions.
Important: Use the following naming convention when setting up test sessions. This is a shared platform, so it helps me identify sessions when asked for technical assistance.
District name/Teacher/ order of testing session/Name of session
Ex. Hawley Vinson 1 Getting Started (recommended to do this session first)

Reports are available 24 hours after testing. On Riverside, Choose the "Classic" option under the Reports Tab.
Reports can be run individually or for a whole group in the Student option.
