You can cancel your order within the first 24 hours after the order was confirmed.
Return
We have a 10 days return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If days have gone by since your received goods/products, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or return or exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please upload the video.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
👉You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
👉All returns should be sent to the warehouse it came from, meaning a warehouse in China.
👉Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
👉If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
👉If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Refund or Resend
We offer a full refund or a replacement if the packages arrived are badly damaged.
We offer a partial refund or a replacement if packages arrived partially damaged (except thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches etc.).
For incorrect products, We offer a full refund or replacement.
For products with the wrong colour, size which don't affect product function, etc., We offer a refund or resend.
For parts missing which doesn’t affect product function, We may refund partially or resend the missing part; for parts missing that affect product function, We will resend the product only.
For accessories, We will resend the accessories.
For Size problems, Contact Us(khalleistore@gmail.com) within 5 days after the packages arrived.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices.
