ABOUT THIS MEETING
One of the most powerful and important aspects of this program of recovery is the cultivation of community. The intention of this meeting is to provide a space for connection and support for those who identify within the LGBTQIA+ and gender and sexual minority (GSM) community as we apply the practices and process of Recovery Dharma to recovery from addiction of all kinds.
HANG OUT & CONNECT
Join us both before and after the meeting for some casual conversations. The meeting room is open about 15 minutes beforehand. Just log in to the meeting by clicking the link in the “Connect To Meeting” section or using the access info details. Feel free to start up a conversation - say “Hi”. (It’s also a good time to test your mic and video connections to make sure you are ready to go at the start of the meeting.) After the meeting, we remain online for a continued casual, open discussion. This is a good time to find others to work with if you’re looking for some additional support outside the meeting.

CONFIDENTIALITY
For some, online meetings can seem like a vulnerable space. Here are a couple suggestions for those that would like to keep their identity more confidential:
§ You can edit how your name or phone number appears on the screen from the settings.
§ You can turn off the camera from inside the online meeting room or from the settings on your computer or phone. You can also call in.
§ You can create an alternative profile by using an alternative email account to log-in to the meeting.
