Step 1 - Set up OneNote and the site. Create a basic floor plan as shown in the video.

Step 2 - Label the rooms (A-Z) with their orientation (D1-D4) on the floor plan. D1 should be facing the road and orientation should be noted in a clockwise direction.

Step 3 - Take photos of each room. Make sure to face each wall directly. The video recommends using an iPhone as it has a better wide-angle camera compared to an iPad. Transfer the photos to your iPad using AirDrop.

Step 4 - On the iPad, organize the photos in OneNote. Name each note with the room name and include the relevant photo. Label the room direction (D1-D4) next to each photo.

Step 5 - Measure the dimensions of each room and label the dimensions on the photos.
