Matthew is a Miami-born, Orlando-based photographer whose journey with film photography began in 2016. Introduced to the medium by his professor and mentor, Peggy Nolan, he quickly found a deep connection with the art form. Nolan's guidance has been a defining influence, helping to shape Matthew's creative vision and artistic direction. In 2019, he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Film Photography from Florida International University, marking the beginning of his passion and commitment to the craft.
Since moving to Orlando in 2023, he remains deeply influenced by his Miami beginnings. Matthew continues to explore photography’s ability to capture emotion, moment, and memory. His work is primarily focused on solitary landscapes, capturing the quiet beauty of nature in isolation.
