ADRI S.
Hi, I’m Adriana Santana a film photographer, art teacher, and creative originally from a small barrio in the Dominican Republic called Punta Pescadora. Photography became my favorite form of expression about two years ago, and since then, it’s grown into so much more than just a passion. My work is deeply inspired by my culture, my roots, and my grandmother’s spirit the first person who ever showed me the power of storytelling. I always aim to create something meaningful. This journey is about more than just pictures it’s about building legacy through art.
A celebration of softness and strength, this series captures the divine presence of a woman fully in bloom. Adorned with orchids and calla lilies symbols of grace, beauty, and rebirth she stands in full command of her power, draped in light, grounded in stillness. Every detail each flower, bead, and gesture honors the sacred connection between femininity, nature, and ancestral elegance. This is not just a portrait. It’s a praise song for Black beauty, for softness that holds weight, and for glory that grows wildly, unapologetically, in bloom.
