Applies to: The Refeel mobile application (the “App”)
By accessing or using the Refeel mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.
Refeel is designed as a self-guided emotional support tool focused on helping individuals understand and manage emotional dependence. It is not a medical or psychiatric service and is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment.
If you are in crisis or need urgent psychological support, please contact a qualified mental health professional or emergency services.
You must be at least 12 years old to use Refeel. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 12, please do not create an account or use the services.
You agree to:
Use the app only for lawful and personal purposes
Not share offensive, harmful, or abusive content in the community section
Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the app or its features
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Refeel offers in-app subscriptions via RevenueCat, which handles billing securely through Apple or Google Play.
Prices and billing cycles are shown clearly in-app
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
Refunds are handled according to Apple or Google’s refund policy
All content, trademarks, and features within Refeel (texts, UI design, exercises, illustrations) are owned by Refeel and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the app without written permission.
Refeel is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
We make no guarantees that the app will be free from interruptions, bugs, or security issues.
Results may vary depending on the user’s personal situation.
We do not guarantee emotional recovery, healing, or any psychological outcome.
Use of Refeel is at your own discretion and risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Refeel and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including emotional distress, data loss, or third-party misuse.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Refeel at any time if you violate these terms or misuse the platform. You may also delete your account at any time from within the app.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be notified of significant changes within the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
