How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID:
Go to iPhone/iPad Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
Select Refeel → Tap Cancel Subscription
You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle.
How do I reset my progress in the app?
Open the app and go to the Profile section
Tap Settings → Reset Progress
Confirm — please note: this action is permanent.
I subscribed but didn’t get access to Premium
Make sure you’re logged into the same Apple ID you used to subscribe
Go to the subscription screen in the app → Tap Restore Purchase
If the issue persists, email us your purchase receipt
The app crashes or doesn’t work properly
Please try:
Restarting your device
Updating to the latest app version
Ensuring you're connected to the internet
