I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Artificial Intelligence Institute for Advances in Optimization (AI4OPT) at Georgia Tech, working on research that leverages AI and optimization to solve modern logistics and supply chain challenges. I will join the School of Industrial Engineering at Purdue University as an Assistant Professor starting January 2023.
I am interested in the planning and design of logistics and transportation systems, with a special focus on system optimization and design under uncertainty. I completed my PhD in Industrial Engineering at Georgia Tech in January 2022, where I was co-advised by Alan Erera and Alejandro Toriello. Prior to that, I received my B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering and M.S. in Engineering Management from Qatar University, where I spent 5 years after undergrad working on projects related to student success and retention, quality assurance, and strategic planning.
