TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to **queezy**. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Video Generator mobile application (the "App") provided by **MAGCLEN LLC** ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
## 1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
The App provides AI-powered video generation services. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
## 2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.
## 3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND IN-APP PURCHASES
### 3.1 Payments
Premium features are available through one-time purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions. Payments are processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.
### 3.2 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
### 3.3 Refunds
All sales are final. **MAGCLEN LLC does not directly process refunds.** Refund requests must be submitted through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store following their respective refund policies. We do not guarantee that a refund will be granted.
## 4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT & AI
### 4.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of the input (images, text) you provide. To the extent permitted by law, you own the output generated by the AI, subject to your compliance with these Terms.
### 4.2 Prohibited Content
You agree not to generate content that is:
* **Illegal:** Any content that violates local or international laws.
* **Explicit:** Sexually explicit or pornographic material.
* **Harmful:** Hateful, threatening, or discriminatory content.
* **Infringing:** Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
* **Malicious:** Designed to impersonate others (deepfakes for malicious use).
## 5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App's interface, design, software, and original AI models are the exclusive property of MAGCLEN LLC and its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
## 6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAGCLEN LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR THE AI-GENERATED OUTPUT.
## 7. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
## 8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
