Azizbek Asadov built Reels Audio as a freemium app. This Privacy Policy explains how Reels Audio handles information when you use the app.
By using Reels Audio, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the app.
Information We Process
Reels Audio lets you import videos from Photos or Files, extract audio, edit audio settings, save converted audio files, search your library, use widgets, open Siri Shortcuts, and access purchase features.
The app may process the following information locally on your device:
- Videos you choose to import
- Extracted audio files created by the app
- File metadata such as filename, source filename, duration, format, file size, creation date, and trim settings
- App settings such as notification preferences and onboarding completion
- Local widget and Spotlight metadata needed to show recent converted files and search results
Media processing happens on your device. Reels Audio does not upload your videos or converted audio files to our servers.
Purchases And Third-Party Services
Reels Audio uses RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and premium entitlement status. RevenueCat may process purchase-related information such as product identifiers, transaction status, subscription status, device identifiers, and diagnostic information needed to provide purchase functionality.

Reels Audio uses Apple system frameworks and services, including Photos, Files, StoreKit, Siri/App Intents, WidgetKit, Core Spotlight, and local notifications. These services are provided by Apple and are subject to Apple's privacy policies.

Photos And Files Access
Reels Audio only accesses videos that you choose through the iOS Photos picker or Files picker. The app uses selected video files to inspect media metadata and extract audio. You can control app permissions in iOS Settings.
Local Notifications
If you enable reminders, Reels Audio may schedule local notifications on your device. These notifications are generated locally and can be disabled in the app or in iOS Settings.
Spotlight And Widgets
Reels Audio may index converted audio metadata in Core Spotlight so your files can appear in iOS search. The app may also write a small local snapshot of recent converted files to the app group container so the widget and Apple Watch app can display your latest files.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not upload your media files to our servers. Purchase-related data may be processed by RevenueCat and Apple as needed to provide in-app purchase functionality.
Data Retention
Converted audio files and metadata remain on your device unless you delete individual files, clear all files in Settings, or uninstall the app. Purchase records may be retained by Apple and RevenueCat according to their own policies.
Security
We value your trust and use platform-provided storage and privacy controls where practical. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Reels Audio is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Reels Audio ("App"), a video-to-audio conversion app provided by Azizbek Asadov ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Reels Audio, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Reels Audio for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, attempt to extract source code from, or create derivative works based on the App except where permitted by applicable law.
2. Use Of The App
Reels Audio lets you import videos, extract audio, edit conversion settings, save converted files, manage a local audio library, use widgets, use Siri Shortcuts, and access related app features.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to process, convert, save, and share any media you import into the App. Do not use Reels Audio to infringe copyrights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other rights of third parties.
3. Freemium And Premium Features
Reels Audio may offer free features and paid premium features. Premium features may include advanced conversion options, batch processing, enhanced quality options, editing tools, or other functionality shown in the App.
Paid features are provided through in-app purchases. Available plans, pricing, trial availability, and included features are shown in the App before purchase.
4. Subscriptions, Renewal, And Cancellation
If a subscription is offered, it may automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings. Payment is charged through Apple's App Store. Apple may handle refunds, billing issues, and subscription management according to its own App Store terms and policies.
5. Privacy
Your use of Reels Audio is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Media processing happens locally on your device. Purchase-related functionality may use Apple and RevenueCat services as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party or platform services including Apple system services and RevenueCat for purchase management. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

7. User Responsibilities

- Misuse the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the App or related services
8. Device, Connectivity, And Availability
Some features may require access to local device storage, Photos, Files, Apple services, or an internet connection for purchases. You are responsible for your device, connectivity, data charges, and any permissions needed to use the App.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.
9. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, branding, and related intellectual property, is owned by Azizbek Asadov or licensed to us. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
10. Disclaimer
Reels Audio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that conversions will meet every specific requirement or that output files will be suitable for every use.
11. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, media, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the App.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or if continued access would create legal, security, or operational risk. You may stop using the App at any time.
13. Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
