We are a small-scale homestead based out of the beautiful foothills of the Appalachian in Olean NY, We offer Fresh Eggs, Seasonal Vegetables, Pasteured Chicken, Turkey, and New Zealand rabbits for meat and pets. Our goal is to make quality, sustainable food readily available.  

The chickens, aside from fresh eggs also airate the compost, helping it to turn to fertile soil quickly. This is then used in the vegetable garden beds. 

we offer in-season vegetables from our garden in the summertime. And the soil is made with our homemade compost.
