Hello and welcome to my website. I am working at Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology performing teaching and research in the area of nanoscale electronic and photonic materials, devices. I received my Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia in 2014, MSc and BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology in 2008 and 2006 respectively. 

Prior to joining NCE, BUET, I worked as a postdoctoral associate at the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS), Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Cambridge during 2015-2017.  My current research interests are photonic and optoelectronic devices, computational studies of materials and renewable energy solutions based on light-matter interaction.
