Hello and welcome to Redurchin Studio.
I’m Rick Corless, a long-time resident of Gabriola Island.

 I'm a potter, a woodworker, and an artist who works across clay, wood, printmaking, and encaustic.

Inspired by all things ocean and a few skull obsessions, I draw on my 30+ years as a commercial diver.

At my studio, you’ll find hand-carved sgraffito mugs featuring octopuses, whales, fish, or skulls; unique home décor with funky fish inlaid into beautiful wood; encaustic schools of fish as wall art; printed sea life; solid, artisanal outdoor furniture with creative flourishes; and more!
