So, i've updated my redmi note 7 to miui 12.5 recently and i've noticed some unexpected changes and problems that i've never encountered before of it. Well, at least i am happy that the old gesture to switch to previous application is back to the old one before miui 12 (back gesture and hold), unless this is something unexpected, a surprise to be sure, but a welcome one. The main problem i've encountered is with floating windows, as the button to open them is not in recent apps anymore, but it is available in the control panel, so that's good, but once i open an application as a floating window, even if i use the gesture to get it back to full screen it keeps the windowed state (for example, the part on the bottom to move the window around is kept is still there on the bottom of the screen), sometimes those disappears but the app keeps some strange cornes and goes back to a floating window when i use the back gesture. Another thing i've noticed is that, really often when i change my screen orientation to horizontal is that I can't use back gesture anymore, it fixes when i get my screen back to vertical orientation. And at last, a problem that i had yesterday is that my screen became unresponsive in the small point where i have the button E on my keyboard, it was not just the keyboard not working, it just didn't work anyway in any app if i touched there (fixed with a reboot, fyi, never dropped my phone and never had problems with it). Am i the only one experiencing those problems? I really hope a fix is coming, it seems like the update was a little bit rushed

Hi everyone, I'm in Italy and I'm waiting for the redmi note 12 pro or pro plus to finally say goodbye to my old huawei. I know they have been released in India but what about Europe? Are they going to announce a date or something before release? Usually how much time passes between India/Cina and Europe release? I know, I can't wait anymore lol, my P30 Lite has 3 and a half years?

Secondly: I have the global version 13.0.16 installed and until now I haven't seen any OTA updates. Does anyone know if there will be OTA updates coming at any point or if I have to install it manually?

Xiaomi has just held a launch event in India where the brand has introduced the Redmic 13C 5G. At the end of the event, the brand teased the global debut of the Redmi Note 13 Pro+. As per the official teaser from Xiaomi, it is confirmed to debut in India sometime in January of next year.

As for the pricing, the base model of the Redmi Note 13 starts at CNY1399 ($196), the 13 Pro starts at CNY1499 ($210), and the 13 Pro+ starts at CNY1999 ($280). The global pricing should be close to these. We will update you when more information about the international release comes up.

Ya, not sure what's going on there. It's on mi.com specs too, and for plain note 11. Unless it's a typo, I guess theyve decided to further differentiate Note series. (I will say on Note8, 4K doesn't work that well - you can tell the processor is struggling and drops some frames at video start. Also no IS in 4K.)

Chinese version has almost no coverage in US. That is what I was talking about in my first version. I did not realize they have a global version. Global version is still missing bands, especially in 5G. It means, like I said, that you will have imperfect coverage. It may not work in some areas where a US market phone would.

After making its Chinese debut in October 2021, Xiaomi has now confirmed the Redmi Note 11 series is launching globally before the end of the month. Per the Twitter teaser, the devices will launch on January 26 at 7:00 AM ET.

Xiaomi's Redmi Note lineup is known for offering impressive specs at an affordable price. No wonder, then, that the series has been a massive success, with over 240 million units sold globally. Building on the success of the Redmi Note 10 from last year, the company has unveiled the Redmi Note 11 lineup for the international markets. These phones were first launched in China in late October 2021, though the global models differ in some key areas.

Know more about the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus here including its launch date and speculated features.

Hours after Xiaomi took to its social media platforms to confirm the January 26 launch date for the global Redmi Note 11 series, the good folks over at TechInsider released images of the Redmi Note 11 Pro, the top-end variant of the product lineup. The images seem to indicate that the global edition of the Redmi Note 11 will be somewhat different-looking from its China-only sibling. And if we are to believe the specs mentioned alongside the product shots, the changes may trickle over to the hardware as well.

The Redmi Note 12 4G has officially been unveiled globally as the Note 12 series recently hit the international market. However, with the recent global launch, all the Redmi Note 12 4G specifications have been revealed ahead of its launch in the country. With the latest launch, we also have insight into the possible pricing of the Redmi Note 12 4G in India.

Xiaomi announced the upcoming arrival of the Redmi Note 12 in global markets on Monday. The company will launch the Redmi Note 12 lineup on March 23 at 11 pm (GMT+8) / 8:30 pm IST. The global variants are expected to include two new models in addition to the Indian and Chinese variants.

In September, Xiaomi unveiled the Redmi Note 13 series in China, its latest lineup of mid-range smartphones under the sub-brand consisting of three models at different price points. The company has officially confirmed a global launch date for the series but ahead of that, one of the variants has already made an appearance on the SIRIM database.

A recent report hinted that the Redmi Note 13 Pro might be launched globally as a POCO smartphone. However, it is still unconfirmed. Meanwhile, the Chinese version of the newly announced Redmi Note 13 Pro sits between the Redmi Note 13 and the Redmi Note 13 Pro+, and it features a 120Hz display, up to 16GB of RAM, 120W fast charging, an IP68 rating, and much more.

While the exact launch date for the global market has not been confirmed by the brand, speculation suggests that the Redmi Note 13, 13 Pro, and 13 Pro Plus could be released by the end of 2023. These devices are also expected to make their way to India around the same time. e24fc04721
